"I Now Have No Pain, Sleep Through the Night Without Discomfort"

"I initially came in with lower back pain from a previous surgery and injury.  I had trouble sleeping as well as come limited motion and strength.  The movements that 'Dr.' Grimm prescribed helped greatly.

“I came to PT with an injury sustained from Aikido. I came the first time 4 weeks past a hamstring tear and a hip sprain. I came because my back was starting to hurt and it felt like an electric shock when I would move certain ways. “Before I came to see Dr. Grimm, I was fairly certain that I would need some type of surgery to get back to normal. Even basic things like feeding the cat were excruciatingly painful due to lower back pain. After our first visit I was optimistic about my progress, and in just three short weeks of following her instruction I was feeling back to normal. The beauty of her treatment is that it is a lifelong solution, not a life sentence to therapy or medicine.
