"I Was Surprised That the Exercises Were Simple"

" I came to see Lynn for chronic neck pain that was radiating down into my right arm.  We started with very simple neck stretches that eased the pain for a little while.  Each week we increased the stretches and the variety of the stretches.  By my fifth visit my symptoms were very much improved and almost completely gone.  I was surprised that the exercises were simple and I could do them at my desk.  Lynn showed me how to use the tools I already had to work against the pain!"  Melanie A. 3/26/18

"Frustrated with years of recurring 'back pain', endless imaging and no relief, I began lifting and found Crossfit.  I realized I had very tight hips and was slowly making progress.  Once Lynn gave a demo at our gym, I knew she was onto something.  I'm still working on my 'issues' but have made huge improvements.  I love that her answer is never "stop lifting!" "Before coming to see Lynn I was not able to turn my neck to the right and had pain tucking my chin.  I was experiencing pain in my shoulders that would sometimes make its way down to my elbow.  After the first visit with Lynn I had a lot more range of motion.  She gave me a few exercises to work on,which increased my range of motion even more.  After the 2nd visit I was able to tuck my chin and had nearly full range.  The pain level went from a 9-10 (at it's worse) to a 1-2.  Lynn has given me different exercises to do to help reduce the amount of time I will be "out" the next time it happens.  I can't say thank you enough for the amount of knowledge she has shared w/ me to help keep me healthy."  Shelly P.  3-7-18

"It Medically Made Sense"

"Started with lower back issues approximately 16 months ago; have had multiple periods where I was in severe pain and leaning 1-2 weeks at a time.  Tried massages and chiropractors with relief, but always felt it was more temporary.  And of course being a 5 year plus crossfitter, I never slowed down going to classes except felt, I couldn't push myself.  Lynn was recommended by a few friends and after researching on my own, it medically made sense; Started Nov. 2017 and have gone 10 sessions and did my homework daily.  I did have 2 episodes of injury which were quickly resolved with specific movements; I continue to be more aware of my posture and form.  I completely feel I'm on the right track and see improvements every day.  Highly recommend!!!  2/28/18  Mark C.
