"Today I Am Back at CrossFit...No Longer in Pain at Work"

"I was in severe pain and unable to move most of the time because my back would lock up after sitting for long periods of time.  I sit for the majority of my work day so this experience was exacerbated.  I stopped CrossFit for over two months because of back pain and my time at work suffered because I was irritable and distracted." "I visited Lynn on the recommendation of one of her clients.  Lynn was quite thorough in her assessment and put me through various ranges of movement related to the issues I've been having with my right hip.  She designed a variety of movements for me to practice at home to relieve pressure on discs and nerves." "After knee surgery, I was not able to rehab my knee right away.  When I started seeing Lynn, at Grimm Physical Therapy, she convinced me my jknee would start bending again and it did.  Not only did she get my knee bending, but when I felt I needed more she would come up with different exercises to get it bending farther.  Lynn was great and I would recommend her for any of your rehab needs."  Melissa F. 1-3-19
