"Today I Am Back at CrossFit...No Longer in Pain at Work"

"I was in severe pain and unable to move most of the time because my back would lock up after sitting for long periods of time.  I sit for the majority of my work day so this experience was exacerbated.  I stopped CrossFit for over two months because of back pain and my time at work suffered because I was irritable and distracted."
