I Don't Take Pain Meds!

"I came to PT with constant back pain which made life extremely difficult. I could not walk but a few steps without feeling pain and I was resorting to pain meds constantly. Over the course of PT, Lynn was able to get me going back to what I was doing before. The pain and the flare-ups of lower back pain specifically have all subsided.
