"It is a Lifelong Solution"

“Before I came to see Dr. Grimm, I was fairly certain that I would need some type of surgery to get back to normal. Even basic things like feeding the cat were excruciatingly painful due to lower back pain. After our first visit I was optimistic about my progress, and in just three short weeks of following her instruction I was feeling back to normal. The beauty of her treatment is that it is a lifelong solution, not a life sentence to therapy or medicine. I feel confident that my problem is under control, and I wholeheartedly believe she can help solve any issues no matter what degree of severity. –Emily F.  3/7/2017

“I came to PT with an injury sustained from Aikido. I came the first time 4 weeks past a hamstring tear and a hip sprain. I came because my back was starting to hurt and it felt like an electric shock when I would move certain ways. I could not drive comfortably, I could no longer run or bike and my everyday activities like dressing and getting in and out of the car were difficult. After my first session I was so much better. "I Had a Hard Time Enjoying Time With Friends & Family"

" I came in to see Lynn after a fall that resulted in some significant neck pain.  I was having a hard time focusing through the pain & it was effecting my daily life in a significant way.  I had a hard time enjoying time with friends & family.  After I started seeing Lynn I noticed immediate changes.  To make things even better Lynn is an excellent teacher so that I felt (& still feel) that I know what to do to help myself be painfree."
