This is Unlike Any Other PT Facility - There is Not a Predetermined Plan

I cam to see Lynn Grimm due to pain and restriction of my neck/shoulder that was diagnosed and caused by arthritis in my neck.  It eventually restricted movement of my arm & and pain had increased.
     This is unlike any other PT facility - there is not a predetermined plan.  It is VERY individualized.  After the initial evaluation which includes range of motion and strength of affected areas, different movements are performed.  After each "exercise", ROM & strength & pain are re-evaluated.  Also attempts to recreate the symptoms are performed in order to determine exact cause and effect.  Once the corrective exercises are determined, a plan is formed.  Again, VERY individualized.  You will be followed as long or as short of time to achieve results.

"I Almost Can't Believe It"

“I came to PT with an injury sustained from Aikido. I came the first time 4 weeks past a hamstring tear and a hip sprain. I came because my back was starting to hurt and it felt like an electric shock when I would move certain ways. I could not drive comfortably, I could no longer run or bike and my everyday activities like dressing and getting in and out of the car were difficult. After my first session I was so much better. "I Felt Comprehensively Assessed, Listened To and Cared For"

“I first came across Lynn through a presentation she made at the gym I work out at CrossFit Algiers.  It was billed as a Back Seminar, but I didn’t go because I had current back pain.  See I’m a Nurse and  Licensed Massage Therapist I went thinking I would come out with some knowledge that help me be more therapeutic in ways to address back issues with my clients.
